Bio
Kyriakos S. Kyriakides is a practicing Cyprus advocate and a member of the Board of the Keryneia Bar Association. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Law (LL.B.) with first-class honours from the University of Cyprus and a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) with specialisation in commercial law, from the University of Cambridge. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Cyprus Department of Law, with his dissertation studying the role of discretion in civil litigation. He has co-authored, with Professor Nikitas Hatzimihail, the collection and translation of the Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules (Nomiki Biblliothiki, 2019, 2nd ed., 2021)
