General Information:
On April 2, 2023, the fifth parliamentary election within two years was held. The electoral results were as follows:
Election Results:
GERB-SDS: 669,924 votes, 25.39%, 69 seats
PP-DB: 621,069 votes, 23.54%, 64 seats
Revival: 358,174 votes, 13.58%, 37 seats
Movement for Rights and Freedoms: 347,700 votes, 13.18%, 36 seats
BSP for Bulgaria: 225,914 votes, 8.56%, 23 seats
There is Such a People: 103,971 votes, 3.94%, 11 seats

Electoral System:
The 240 members of the National Assembly are elected by open list, proportional representation from 31 multi-member constituencies ranging in size from 4 to 19 seats. The electoral threshold is 4% for parties, with seats allocated according to the largest remainder method using a Hare quota. Radev dissolved the National Assembly on 3 February to schedule the election for 2 April 2023.
